Company introduction
A London tech provider helps organizations scan, analyze and manage unstructured data. They focus on regulatory compliance, privacy and risk reduction. Their advanced AI streamlines information governance for business and legal teams.

Project/task requested
Created wireframes and production UI for a platform that enables companies to assess data risk, automate GDPR controls and visualize data flows across enterprise environments.

Who & how
Collaborated closely with the CEO, CTO and Data Privacy Officer through stakeholder workshops and iterative feedback, aligning UI with legal, operational and compliance priorities.

What was done
Mapped workflows that surfaced risk exposure, produced interactive wireframes and delivered polished UI components supporting GDPR-driven decision making.

What was prototyped
The Privacy app as working software: a dashboard of collections and topics, connectors you can add (label a Dropbox, authorise it, watch the first scan creep to 100%), collections in grid and list views with sort, filter and a full edit form, alerts you can expand, assign, flag or discard, a files view that opens any object with its PII highlighted and a topic explorer with a resizable word-cloud and location pane. Flag anything and it lands under Dashboard › Flagged.

Outcome
Launched the platform legal and business teams use to see where sensitive data sits: risk exposure surfaced per collection, GDPR controls available as an action rather than a spreadsheet and data flows drawn so an audit conversation can start from a picture. Meeting a regulatory standard belongs to the organisation running the process. The interface’s job is to make the evidence for it findable.

The working prototype is the Osprey Privacy app, reconstructed from the 2018 production design using synthetic data. Gravicus no longer trades under that name.
