Developed intuitive wireframes and interactive prototypes for underwriting back-end administration, streamlining risk assessment and approval processes.
Outcome
Delivered the interface the underwriting and compliance teams work in: every KYC and AML check laid out as an explicit step, with its evidence and its owner visible at the point the decision is made. Compliance is a process, not a screen. What the design does is make that process legible and auditable, which is a narrower claim than a user interface usually gets credit for.
The working prototype is the underwriting deal checklist, reconstructed from client work using synthetic data.
