A global logistics and delivery service provider enabling real-time tracking and efficient order management for drivers and fleet operators.

Project/task requested
Developed advanced prototypes and created the design system for their native/hybrid mobile app, focused on live driver orders and route management.

Who & how
Collaborated with real-world drivers, product owners, mobile developers and operations teams, integrating feedback from driver user testing and performance analytics.

What was done
Created interactive prototypes for streamlined order handling, dynamic route updates and consistent UI components across platforms.

Outcome
Improved driver efficiency, dispatch visibility and app usability while establishing a scalable design system supporting rapid feature iterations.

The working prototype is the driver app, from shift start through to a signed transfer note. Reconstructed from client work using synthetic data.
